Detachable steering wheel kits
I know norrrrrthing about these, except what i have asked about recently.
it would appear that ones specific to the 5 are really expensive compared to universal ones. Due to my car being the subject of attention from the funking low life chavvy good for nothing sponging scumbags, i need one to help as a deterrent. Anybody know owt about em ?

yeah 6 allen bolts on the front of the momo wheel... detach at night and save £fortune...
or whilst its off the road - do what we used to with all the plant at work and install a cutoff valve in the fuel line and have a 'key' which will open it... mount it under the bonnet or hidden in the cab... no amount of arseholery or TWOCing talent will make it start then - short of a lowloader...
and get all your parts smartwatered as well mate...

I need to get one, a quick release, not one that takes me ten mins to unfasten 6 allen keys every night.

Also how much of an arse are you gonna look walking into work like Mr Bean with a briefcase and steering wheel in your hand???

I think it would be funny to walk in with a steering wheel, i would pretend i'm still drivin n do donuts n stuff
So what exactly is the release system for quick release wheels ? ya not tellin me its 6 bloody allen key nuts !!
I don't remember any F1 drivers saying hang on a while until i unscrew these 6 nuts !!!
