Manifolds

Cast off from t'other thread. A few pics of manifolds.

So they come in cast iron and ally, and the turbo ones are short.

There are some weird lookin manifolds here ?

exhaust manifolds make a hug difference to performance.

turbo ones for the 5 are short so you have room to fit the turbo in the engine bay

tubular manifolds tend to be aftermarket as they are more expensive to produce, but they are lighter, more compact and have better flowing properties as they have no casting marks and a smoother inner surface.

first two are inlets the rest are turbo exhaust manifolds

Exactly the same as it was when you left mate, had to come back to Lise's, been at work since and i know i don't have the nous to fix it myself after you took all that stuff off.

Well i'll be going back to parents on Friday as it's my day off so gotta go see if i can do as much as possible. Will be going via Conisbrough, to scrappys, see what they've got in, need a indicator stalk if they have one, and wt else if i get lucky. Anybody need owt ?
Also will prob be bobbin into 5city to see Steve, again anyone need owt ?
