Even as a Southener, I appreciate a fuc**ng good pie, my wok belly is testament to that. A good pie must have a soggy bottom, crisp sides and top and come with lashings of thick onion gravy. Do I pass as a Northener or what, I am actually married to a Lancashite lass, but we will not mention the War of the Flowers, shall we, lol.
Don't mention the war, I think I got away with it, lol.
