Rolling project?
Right people regrettably my Eunos is going up for sale, I`m advertising it here first because I`d rather it went to someone who can see it`s potential and make a nice car of it, the only reason I`m selling it is because I never seem to have 5 minutes to myself in order to get on and do any work on it and also I`ve just bought a car I`ve been after for a very long time (Mercedes Benz 300SE).
K plate Eunos Roadster, 1.6, silver, think approx 122000 kilometers, currently on sorn with no tax or test, I bought it from a lad at work with some accident damage but it is not recorded, I have replaced the full O/S/F suspension set up with used but good parts and fitted a set of standard wheels.
The good bits, very sound mechanically, cant see much at all between this car and a full mot, air con - working, power steering, electric windows, original working panasonic cassette player and CD player! no rips or tears or such to interior, very good hood again no rips or tears, two virtually new avon zv3 tyres, thatcham approved immobiliser with certificate 2 keys and 2 immobiliser fobs, momo steering wheel, alloy speaker plates (jdm?) stainless sill trims, front fog lights, electric aerial, new battery, just bought new import size number plates at £42, excellent rear arches.
The bad bits, O/S/F wing will need replacing as is still damaged from the accident, although the bodywork is generally good the paintwork is very poor and ideally would benefit from a respray, there is only one area of corrosion which is to the front of the nearside sill, this has been plated and is solid but personally I would remove this in order to make a better repair ( I`m a bit of a perfectionist!) the rest of the car is rock solid with no expanding of seams etc anywhere on arches/sills, the N/S/F sealed beam unit is blown, there is a patch on the dash where it looks like something has been glued to it and the interior is generally grubby, the front tyres are just about legal but poor, will need a wheel allignment due to parts replaced on suspension, slight oil leak (appears to be from rocker cover gasket) and I really cant think of anything else.
I am looking for £800 ono on this to recoup what it stands me, I know there are probably cheaper cars out there but I do think this will make the right person a really good car with the lack of any serious corrosion, the car is located in penistone and any of you are welcome to view it any week night or saturday morning/early afternoon, unfortunately I cant upload pics but I can txt you them if you want to pm me your number.
Thanks for looking
John
P.S. mind if I still hang around? I like it here

Yeah have had a little bit of interest, got someone coming to have a look this weekend hopefully, people keep making silly offers with it having no T&T though so if it doesnt go over the weekend I think I may put it in for a test. Let me know what your doing and hopefully I`ll be able to pop along in the German barge
