I am just settling down, and Adam would approve, to yummy cheese on toast and Hendersons on the top...yum, yum!

I have just had a cheese and salad cream sarni on brown with a bag of salt
n vingar crisps and a steaming mug of tetleys ..lol

For my dinner i had a small tray of beans n sausages from the canteen, with a mini pork pie and a hot cross bun. Oh and a cup of coffee

I missed the pasty van this morning so had to raid the vending machine for dinner, had a strawberry fruit and grain bar, a blueberry fruit and grain bar, a bag of mystery flavour doritos and a dairy milk, then for desert I had a small bag of flying saucers
