Being serious now, here is the first sensible contender, OK so it's a pudding.
PIE TYPE: Lamb & Mint Pudding
PROPER PIE (Sides, top and bottom): Pudding
SHORTCRUST OR FLAKEY: Suet
ACCOMPANIMENTS: Mint Gravy
QUALITY OF GRAVY: Superb
QUANTITY OF GRAVY: Plenty
PIE RATING (1-very poor. 5 - excellent): 5
COMMENTS: How can you miss out puddings, especially suet ones, this pie was had at The Knockerdown at Carsington Water, a highly recommended eatery.
Regards The Cowfish
