ive just joined up here
im a member of the other mx5 forum and got point in this direction
when looking for a mx5 in my area
any one got one for sale??
im looking to buy of a forum member becasue i know it would be well looked after hopfully
any Im willing to look at any colour aswell

Do you have any specific requirements ? is it just going to be a daily driver, or are you going to mod it ? take it on track days/drifting etc ?
How much do you want to spend? or how much have you got to spend ? Either way you will need to get a crack on as the prices go up once the sun comes out !!

have you had 1 b4, do you know much about them, we sometimes hold tech days where we have a little tinker with the cars, you would be welcome to come along & have a nosy,we vary in technical skills, we have tea makers right through to full on spanner monkeys, oh and theres 5alive, he does the foetal position very good

hi again
yeah it going to be my daily driver
i have some technical experiance mainly with honda's and toyota
but fancy some rear end action
my budget is £1200 max
and looking a mk1

not the best time opf year to be looking for a cheap mk1, 4 months ago not a probem but prices have started creeping up already.
for that money it will be a 1.6 and 99% have an open diff, if you really want to get the back end out you're gonna need a torsen, expect to pay another £300-£500 for this.
Def go for an import over a UK car, they're much more solid in terms of avoiding tinworm.
