new plinth for number plate lightwe need a new plinth for the number plate light,we noticed the light had dropped out and is now dangleing  we looked on mx5parts but they want £231.38ish plus vat.  we went to see dave but he not got one either help please.

the lights mount onto the rear of the boot bot into the plastic panel that the plat sticks onto........

got no pictures but i think were on about the same thing,in the mx5parts book it`s number s1436 (rear number plate panel uk style)priced at £231.48 plus post and package.

sorry i meant the damage, the plate plinth is just a cover panel, if you remove the carpet covering the boot latch u will see the bolts holding the lights in, should be able to just unbolt them to remove.

bought plinth for number plate light,stuart coated it and fixed it,nothing dangles from where it should`nt now.
