well he/she doesnt know if the car is manual or auto..and he/she is getting 54.5 mpg !!!!!!!! must drive it around in neutral..i may bid anyway..

i never understand the extra urban cycle - is it someone driving at 5mph letting the car idle on a rolling road and seeing how many miles it will do before running out of juice???
