StereoIs there anyone who's any good with car electrics.. or anywhere I can take it?I have a loose connection  ..so everytime a go over a bump ..it go's on and off!
I think its just a wire in the back of the stereo. |

how bad are the bumps? mine goes off on bad bumps, also how is your head unit. Would it be possible to quick swop on another car and test the bumps in another car. At least that way youll know if its the HU. Sorry ..Im not too good at technical stuff 
I think its a loose wire because its getting worse ..went over a speed bump and it went of for 2 days

ahh right, well still wouldnt hurt testing it in another car. It should pritty much go straight into another car as there universal nower days. Doing that will just rule out HU problems. Also you can pull the HU out and just lightly pull each wire on the plug, just to make sure non are loose.

TBF mate, there's only 3 wires you need to look at. Earth, Batt 12v and ign 12v. You could put a new earth in, in a couple of minutes to eliminate that one and join batt and ign together to eliminate/prove that one. If you try your HU in a different car/different HU in your car and it still does it, maybe I'll nip over one decent evening and take a butchers for ya if you're not too confident with it. It's pretty straight forward once it's all laid out tho. | ||
