WANTED! Donor CarHey boys and girlsAs above really i want a donor motor for uber cheap as were building a kit car through uni... we've got the frame designed and my mate who works at Scunthorpe Steel Works is making it... Weve got an engine - the 2HW engine from my 600cc... now we need a donor motor for the other bits! i would love a shunted MX5 but we have a budget of roughly £250 for the whole project so i doubt that we'll find one - rolling shells are ok as its mostly steering stuff that we need but ideas and ebay finds are appreciated... the overall aim is for a track car thats Q plated and road legal |

given the weight, your best donor would prob be a metro or AX
you wont need huge brakes and everythng will need to be kept as light as possibe so as small a car as possbile is gonna be the best option for ya! |
