So an update.

The engine is in and fine and dandy as far as we know. The problem we now have is electrical. Due to the various lives this car has been through it appears we have now have a slight break in the wiring somewhere between the ECU and the coil pack. This could be and hopefully is something simple like a resistance issue(does that sound good ? i mean coming from me   ) where maybe the wires have just been wrapped around each other and have over a period of time oxidised and caused comms problems for the ECU.

Oh yeah have some o that

So John has offered to have a look at the wiring for me. Cheers mate
And he has a friend who is going to look at the tuning side of things when the wiring is sorted !!

I'm surprised i remembered everything John said.

Looky here meester i grew up with a father who knew nothing about cars or diy in any form whatsoever !! and had no interest in doing so, so i guess i had nurture and nature to contend with

Everything at our house was done by someone else    My mum had 5 brothers who were all handymen in one trade or another.
I seem to lack the ability to grasp how to do most things that involve putting things together.

But i make up for it in other ways so i'm HAPPY

i didn't realise m8,
& look at you now, the residential expert

your mums brothers must be so proud,

one day your name will be up in lights,

only a  '' TECHNICAL''   '' EXPERT''  could coin the phrase ''handyman ''    with    '' a trade ''   in the same sentence,

you truly are very special and i bow down, i am not worthy m8

as per our telephone conversation, you do keep leaving me options
