up to you, shocks and sporings will give a much more composed ride and handling, but springs will be cheaper.
either way we can fit both

When we first bought our Eunos it had been lowered by a ridiculous 80mm. The ride was extremeley hard and uncomfortable, it has also chipped lots of paint off the wheels arches too. We had the original springs put back on, the car did look very cool lowered by that much but was very impractical.

General consensus is 20mm lower is best for handling but 30 should be ok. Just got t watch out for riding on bumpstops too much which will make ride very hard on cornering!! I changed shocks as well as springs to be sure it was right!!

im suprised it drove with an 80mm lowering - i bet it caught the arches when turning and rubbed when you put a pint of milk in the boot...
I'd go for both shocks and springs mate - get a second hand JDM set off ebay/jdmbummers.net and take them to a suspension place to have em refurbed...
