leather or fabric? |
|
After our trip over the weekend i was just wondering who liked leather and who prefered fabric?? lol
And what colour?? Chris???
seats I mean. I don't like leather, they get cold in winter and hot in summer, and you legs stick to it if you have a skirt on (although I am told ladies don't wear skirts that short!).
So why is leather considered the best?? can't see why apart from it showing you have more money!
oh, and you slide around on leather when you are cornering.

personnally i'd go for the shit coloured ones, but thats just me,
1st, if ya slidin when ya cornerin ya doin it wrong,
2nd, leather lasts longer than cloth and is more hard wearin, so it actually costs less in the long
run, showing you are less well off than others,
3rd in winter they dont hold the damp
4th in summer they do get hot, thats why the roof comes down
and finally when the take away bag leaks on ya way home you simply wipe them clean
of course im not biased in any way Fi

Leather, no contest.
Entirely biased of course, as the grey and black combination in my Mk1 looks superb
But if I ever were to re-spray my '5 (darkish silver, as I posted elsewhere on here), I might have to change it to red and black. Or not, as black alloys would go nicely with the combination.
