PIE TYPE: Steak and Vegetables.

PROPER PIE (Sides, top and bottom): Check - bottom, sides AND top.

SHORTCRUST OR FLAKEY: Shortcrust.

ACCOMPANIMENTS: Soppy peas, gravy, cabbage, broccoli, roast potatoes, mint sauce, two glasses of Shiraz and two slices of white bread to mop up the spare gravy.

QUALITY OF GRAVY: Top notch.

QUANTITY OF GRAVY: As much as I wanted.

PIE RATING (1-very poor. 5 - excellent): 5

COMMENTS: Cracking snap, mam!
